When your AI agent handles a call, we collect the following as provided by the caller:
Collected information is used solely to generate and deliver lead summaries to the business owner. We do not use caller data for marketing purposes, and we do not sell or share it with third parties outside of the infrastructure providers required to operate our service.
Call data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Business owners may request deletion of their client data at any time by contacting peter@basaltlogic.io.
We use trusted third-party infrastructure providers for voice processing, database storage, and email delivery. These providers are contractually bound to handle data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
If you are a caller whose information was collected through a Basalt Logic-powered agent and you would like your data removed, you may contact us directly. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
